2: do a search for your key words and give the entire semantic cocoon of your word to chatgpt.

As copy & paste method no. As for in general it can be yes. But you need to edit the article afterwards or Google will detect that it has been written by AI.

Yes Chatgpt content are suitable for Google..but make sure that you have to edit and rewrite it, then it works better.
 
As long as you use it as your assistant for writing or brainstorming then it will work best. If you just want to handover all the work to it and give instruction to write an article about something then it will just produce an another article like the millions it has already produced, so it's on you that how you make best use of it.
