is CC prerequisite for internet businesses?

hi,

I think having a credit card is no question for internet businesses...

months ago I got all my businesses blocked by paypal when they started limiting access and on n' on I tried a million of ways to get verified but in vein then soon I come to persuasion that paypal simply don't care about a couple of poor countries like mine ,Algeria, and treat them differently and whatever you do you'll get banned and money gone no doubt ...

anyway I started many threads at DP on this regard and finally proposed that people in the US create accounts for their mates and get a lil commission ...but just a few people seems to understand that and start helping , then I got a partner and my business start moving again

now I'm very happy with that but still not comfortable in transactions and credit cards are always requested ...you know adwords, getting verified in some places ...etc

I wondering if someone has been through this got a good solution
maybe buying a credit card with a bank account ...don't know I heard about such things but I'm not sure ..

use VCC. (Virtual Credit Card)

it didn't work for me, it's not allowed in paypal, they seems to accept it the first time but you'll get banned as soon as they know it's a virtual one
i've heard that some do work properly with paypal bt I didn't have chance to get a good one .. donno
