Is Cafe Press really this crummy at tracking affiliate clicks?

I use bitly.com to shrink the affiliate links, and they track 866 clicks. Yet only 160 show up on the Cafe Press stats.

Is Cafe Press really this crummy at tracking clicks? Has any one else tried bitly and compared the numbers?
