Is buying Amzon, Adsense or CPA DFY website profitable?

Hi.

I was wondering if buying this kind of site here can be really profitable?

SEO is not a problem as i have my own PBN's, list of powerful webprofile, own scraped expired web2.0 etc....

I already have some Money Site in French language (my native language) for Amazon, Adsense and CPA but i'm a little lazy.

As many people knows, building a site from scratch for Amazon is not the happiest thing to do.

So i wonder if buying ready made sites and rank them can be really profitable, because when i see the price, it's a lot cheaper than some other sites like humanproofdesign.

You're not buying a profitable product. You're buying time. Those website are not profitable turnkeys, wouldn't make sense to sell that.

So the question is, can you, from an amazon site that you would have make yourself (the one you buy), make money off of it?

If you don't know how to build a site or do KW research or do on page etc ( or are too lazy ) then buying a site is an option.
Don't fall into the trap of overpaying for something form a FB 'guru' and spending 3 or 4 times what you need to do.

As @TayaX and @MisterF mentioned they will save you a lot of time, however you don't have much control on quality of the product delivered or design.

You'll save yourself $$$ by making the website yourself. Stick a basic theme on it with some core plugins, get the design done and SSL installed. Will take you a day to get everything done including site architecture etc. (if you know what you are doing). Then it's just a matter of doing keyword research and writing, or outsourcing content as well as link building.

All depends on your knowledge, budget and time.

Even if you have a big budget I still think it's a good idea doing the website design/structure yourself and then writing, or outsourcing, content.

Building the site is not a problem. As i said, i already have niche sites in French language doing well. I currently making enough to outsource all i don't like to do.
So, as i read you, i think the best option for me is to outsource all that's between the kyewords research and the seo.

Do you think hiring a VA to setup the site with the content i'll give him a good idea?
All i have to spend this way is the content writer and the VA who will setup the site.
