After receiving value, real buyers don't abandon you like this . But there are various types of customers . but glad to know your buyer already paid .

It sounds like the buyer is not serious anymore. If he really wanted to pay, he would’ve done it on time. Making a fake account shows he’s not honest. You did the right thing by blocking him. Yes, there might be money, but trust matters more. Don’t waste time with people who play games. Focus on real, honest clients.
 
Trust your gut. If a buyer keeps delaying payment and creates dummy accounts, it’s not worth the stress. Better to focus on serious clients who pay upfront or stick to clear terms.
