I did A/B Testing with couple of my sites on same niche.
One was with Breadcrumbs and another was without breadcrumbs (I used Wordpress Plugin for that).
And the results with B Testing was awesome!

I never use breadcrumbs. Sure, it helps the navigation and everything, but it can easily be perceived as keyword stuffing. It screws the keyword density big time and even can manage to get some weaker pages cannibalized. I guess from what I am reading in the above replies, it's highly subjective. Try it and you will see.

If you're trying to build a specific link structure like a silo, don't use breadcrumbs.
If you're trying to promote more pageviews and more time on the site, then do use them. Breadcrumbs should serve a purpose, like decreasing your bounce rate.

Yes, but not for all sites, if you have build your site structure properly then you can only use it.
It is basically not for blogs, it is for sites with a large number of pages for example: myanimelist.net uses it
and if someone has said that it reduces the keyword density then he is a noob.
keyword density means the number of times keyword appears in the content or page and breadcrumbs are somewhat different

Breadcrumbs are part of page. Not sure how that makes breadcrumbs different? You should be looking at KW density of page as whole - Including sidebar/footer/nav bar/breadcrumbs/content.
In terms of user friendliness, I think they can work well.

Breadcrumbs are part of schema and google doesn't count that as keyword basically. These tags with itemprop: itemlistelement simplifies it all.

The coding isn't but the words 'top' 'Anime' and 'Kono' should be. Basically all the text output.

For someone that isn't great with code, care to enlighten me on what point you're making here? 'Ao No Exorcist' words are still text output, and part of page. For example, these links should still show on google cache text version. They aren't hidden from google, meaning the spider can read them as part of the page. = KW density.
Can you explain what I'm missing?

check the code in the second image I showed you.
where the above schema markups belong to the main anchor. Means for example
You disavow backlinks and google can crawl them even they maybe in index but they will not count.
Same happens here the breadcrumbs are not algorithmically counted as in the KD. Google sees the code.
Another example:- A backlink in feed which is not clickable. But somehow it states to google that they are linking to a particular thing. Yes it don't have much value but that unclickable link is still counted which you will always see in a code format.
Many people will tell you that breadcrumbs count in KD, but they are not by google as this is how algorithm it works

I can assure everyone, that breadcrumbs are counted within the keyword density. If you know how algorithm works, then maybe you could let us know the entire Google algorithm. Make the life easier for us you know. 
Still, just paste your URL here to this spider replicator - http://smallseotools.com/spider-simulator/ and I can very well see your breadcrumbs being there. Don't look really excluded to me. Unless you use specific piece of code to hide it from Google, then it will very well see them. They are counted within the content. I even saw some themes which had breadcrumbs as H3 tags even, so that's even more terrible.
