If you are good with SEO, then you can do blogging. I mean making a blog, regularly updating it with content and then you start earning after few months. One update and you are gone. There are other options like selling services where you get paid instantly.

yes i do agree with you. even i make money with blogging but i dont like it very much, cause need to update regularly, you cant let them auto cause there will other competitors try to outrank you every single day.
and income from blogging like adsense very low. you need million of traffic to make tons of money.
but when it come to sell services, my friend only need 60-70k traffic per month to make $20k revenue.
But if you found opportunity let say on your own country / languange that easy to make money blogging, just do it.

That is true, only thing I like about it. I decide after evaluating all pros and cons.

Disagree with this Point.
AdSense isn't the best way to Monetized. Also, When you Monetized by AdSense you can make money with many other things together like Selling Guest Post, Doing some Affiliate.
When it Come services you need less traffic but targeted traffic. Targeted traffic cost a lot. Revenue isn't Profit. While doing such kinda work your Profit can Go into Negative Unlikely Blogging.
