I agree with this. No matter how passionate you are about the niche, sometimes it's just better to hire someone else to provide the content, if you're unable to do it - technology is one of the hardest niches to break into, and you're going to realize it after wasting many hours.
if you blog is only going to make money with advertisement then your going to need 100k+ hits a day and thats going to brake you even when you spend $300 a month for the traffic.. you need free traffic.. google free facebook likes, and also you need to do the blogging your self. post on forum, blog, exchange links with other webmasters do SEO it all takes time and effort.

Why not use Empower Network for blogging?

Never attempt on spin or copied content, build links gradually and regularly update your site,,, this will be a best and simple strategy..Hey guys i just wanted to ask something. We have a 250-300$ budget, and are planning to buy a domain. We are going to put wordpress and its going to be some kind of Tech-related blog. So is it realy worth it and is there going to be any significant income?We are also going to spent most of our budget on buying backlinks, facebook, likes and twitter, folowings. If yes can you please show me some guidelines i can folow?Thanks in advance.

This is true, but I'd like to correct that enough spun (pref. 70%+) yet human readable content is just fine for T2/T3 backlink purposes - but definitely not for a money site, it's not worth it, just go for 100% unique content on money sites.

If you want to make money, give people something they want or help them get something they want. If you're not doing that, all the blogging in the world isn't going to help.
I have several blogs that are making me money... because I'm helping people get what they want.
But that's not all... you also need to make sure you can MONETIZE that help. Providing a blog that tells people how to cheat on games doesn't make you any money. A blog that tells people how to cheat on games with links to the tools you need to do it or a membership area with codes MAY.

Yes, it is but it depends on how you do it. Proper keyword research, posting quality content, building quality links would do help you a lot and getting your money back quicker but some random domain name, spunned/copied articles and bulk amount of spammy links pointing to your site won't help you in any way.
