This has been discussed many times and answer is same . Blogging is fae from dead. It has evolved though.

There is reduced demand for blogs but they are not dead. I was watching a podcast or a blogger who bought 4-5 luxury cars from his income from blogging and his blog is still making good money.

Blogging isn’t dead, it’s just harder in 2026. The main challenges now are:
• Competition is huge: Everyone uses AI, so the web is flooded with content.
• Google is unstable: Sudden updates hit new sites more often and rankings move a lot.
• Topical authority matters: Random posts don’t work anymore now.
• User intent is stricter: Google wants real value, not rewritten AI text.
• EEAT signals: You need trust, profiles, sources, and real expertise.
• Slow results: New blogs take longer time to grow.
