Is Blogging Dead? [Traditional Blogging]

Hello Everyone,
It's Me its has been so long since ever I posted or shared anything, I really hope all of you is Okay, fine and making good money for living.
Now, my question is ..
Is traditional blogging without strong Source Context (Primary Focus) Dead?
I mean blogging for traffic and monetization through ads, is this kind of blogging dead or can be adjusted per the new algorithms ?
Because, I know now Google favors websites that publish and create content for a primary reasons like : Service Provider, Brand Or Ecomm. For Example, If I am SEO Agency And published a page about "What Is SEO", then Google will definitely rank because topic is tied down to strong source context "SEO Services Provider".
Now, After these changes happened to Ranking Algorithms over the past couple years, how to create or just mimic Source Context and build my Content Network around?
