Here's what I suggest
Use this method to find a niche
Find your top 10 competitors
Enter their domains through SEMRUSH / AHREFS or some other SEO tool - FIND THEIR EASIEST TO RANK KEYWORDS with decent traffic (100 to 1000+ visitors per month)
Load the keywords into Google and get a good idea of the top 5 that rank for those keywords
Reverse engineer the existing ranking content and come up with BETTER CONTENT using this method
Create 100 to 200 posts for your blog
Repeat the process above to work on your second blog
By the time you finish your other blogs, your first blog would be getting significant traffic which you can then MONETIZE
Use this method to monetize
Plow your profits back into content creation and keep building out your blog network
