i want to that..............is blog network a black hat seo and why.

What does it matter what it's defined as if it works?

Nothing is really clear cut black/white.

Blog network = Main platform for SEO, Which it consists of two types

1. white hat technique
2. Black hat technique..

So, it can be identified either blog network is black hat or white hat by how they use / maintain their network.

For example,

-- > if blogger follows Google guidelines to build links (real, natural, non spammy links, unique articles, etc..) on blog network, then it consider as white hat technique..

-- > If blogger just build backlinks by not considering any Google Updates ( unnatural, spammy, automated links, spun articles, etc..) on blog network, then it consider as blackhat technique..

I think it is a Blackhat but it's really depends on how you use it, If you keep it private then its more safe. If you follow google guidelines on white hat seo then you to wait for years to rank top.

I strongly disagree with that.

As the main goal behind a blog network is building backlinks and boosting your rankings, it's obviously blackhat!

It doesn't matter whether its black, grey, white or pink as long as it works.

And if I wanted to take a side, I would say its a grey hat method.

Its not blackhat , I am amazed how come you guys say this is a blackhat technique ? It depends upon use but , if its a pure blackhat - google hammer will go along. Though softwares and scripts are there for making automation in link building , which conidered as blackhat , but the network itself is not at all.

Blackhat has nothing to do with banhammer methods.. anything that is not google compliant is blackhat, therefore non-organic link building = blackhat.. easy as that!

My eyes hurts now ... ty for that.

If a blog network is well maintained with quality niche relevant content then its white hat.

When it comes to link building for a purpose, it is of course not white hat. Not all black hat techniques are "not to follow" thing. When it is practiced properly knowing the tactics black hat will do good and work for you. Literally not all blog networks are black hat.

it does not matter, use it right. sometime blackhat methods work better than the white ones

Black Hat SEO is defined as techniques that are used to get higher search rankings in an unethical manner. If a blog network does the things likewise then it must be considered as " Black Hat " .

Yep, it is. If you do anything to boost your serp position it is black hat and may be banned.
Well, this is the reason why you create pbn - it's hard to track them, not link public one.
