Is bleach good for proxy checking??

Is the program bleech good for proxy checking???

I want to create hotmail accounts using a program however I wanna check all my proxies are working and that they will be able to create the accounts before going ahead and using them.

bleach personally isnt 100% accurate but its a fast checker
bleach will not tell u if the proxys will make accounts its only
