Is blackhat seo for hack niches dead?

I rarely see competitors trying to rank for hack niches now days, in fact, 90% of the money sites dissapeared, only the big niches and big gamers remains and they definitely don't bother ranking niches under 20k search per month.

Has seo really became that merciless toward hack niches ?

I used to do 150$ daily with seo 1 year ago, but everything is gone (90% of my websites got hit, i barely do 10$ daily from seo). And now nothing ranks anymore with my method from 1 year ago.

I am just wondering whats new about seo with game niches since im not doing this for a long time by now.

Maybe there to much problams with that niche , keeps getting pulled down .

Spammy niche, every inbred kid there just Neg Seoes and reports everything. I tried it a few times in the past. Ranking there is easy, but staying up for longer is impossible. One of those niches I simply do not have nerves for and I would advise anyone to rather focus on something long term-ish.
