is blackhat seo dead or still work??

I can't rank anything anymore in 2017 with seo....
GSA doesn't rank any shit anymore ,i have tryed many public lists (all fail to rank anything ,few months ago i was ranking small niches just fine).

SAPE still rank but only foreign niches (and in 3-6 months i already get algoritmic penalty, and i have to remove backlinks to keep my website) BUT ONLY IN FOREIGN NICHES CASE. Because in english ,the website will get SPAM PENALTY within a month and i can't recover it anymore, all english websites gets SPAM PENALTY (OH MY GOD, what has became of seo?). I have tryed sape on buffers wordpress too and i still get spam penalty regardless.

PBN didn't tryed but i doubt it will be 100% undetectable, probably it will be like sape

Do you guys have any idea where i am mistaking? I know lot of websites have been dissapperead from Search Engine so this is obviously not my fault. I have experience with seo, i am not noob but i just can't rank anymore... What i am doing wrong ?

Mate it have definitely become more difficult and the time it takes to see result have increased too.. Its like throwing darts in the dark and hoping it would hit the target.

Yes I think its dead and I am thinking to quit IM and do farming in my hometown

That crap never worked mate. Penguin 4 and Fred have changed the game, time to adapt.

The search bar is your friend

PBNs work, I have many sites ranking with PBNs. But I would take a look at white hat seo too and see if that gets you anywhere.
