Is BLA screwing with me?

My check still hasnt been processed this month (supposed to be processed on the first of every month) and under payment status it is completely blank. it either says "to be processed" or "processed" but for the month of October its just blank. Never seen this shit before...

better call them up and see whats goin on.. sorry to hear it

wrote them an email an I finaly got confirmation. Their excuse was lateness due to the holiday break. All good now.
