Is Bitmart Scam?

I transferred 375 USDT to Bitmart wallet from Binance.
Binance shows the transaction is successful but hasn't received any money on Bitmart wallet.

Anyone else facing any problems with Bitmart?

everything is correct, other people are also saying on Twitter that their transactions got delayed but they never updated if they have got the money or not.
 
It takes time. sometimes up to 2 days. It used to take me 4-6 hrs when i transferred usdt from Binance to bitmart.

So don't panic. But if it exceeded more than 2 days make sure to contact them.

But i don't really recommend bitmart unless extremely needed. However I don't think they are scam

I have already raised a ticket but not reply from their side.
I will give it a day, If I don't get the money I can't do anything about it.

Yes wait for a max 24 hrs and if not message them constantly on telegram as well. But why are you using bitmart tho?

A lot of people have no idea what they are doing and blame cryptocurrency exchanges for their own mistakes.

It can be they sent to the wrong address, they didn't read about fees, etc. This is normal for every cryptocurrency exchange.

Crypto is brand new to many people and they rush because they don't want to miss out, so they make many mistakes.

Do they have telegram support?
I wanted to buy a coin that's only listed on BitMart

I guess you were right. They are not a scam.
Just got my funds.
 
i had issues recently with them. but i was able to successfully withdraw my funds. just took hours.
 
bitmart is scam,my account is locked,password doesnt work,tryed several times to reset password,contacted support several times and they simply ignore,stay away from bitmart if you dont want to lsoe money

They do a billion dollars worth of trades a day. I haven't logged into my account in 2 months and just tried and everything was great.
 
This is your mistake. But by definition all crypto is a scam, this isnt though. It's your fat fingers.
