Is binomo a scam ?

Its a trading platform where we just guess high or low has to bid on it and need to wait 1 miniue to get results for profit to comes ....

asking this cause one of big YouTuber also promoting this website and suggesting all his viewers ....as me too follow him and cant dough him ...

really confused about this website cant guess will they pay or not !
