Even though I think this is just a trolling post, obviously never take ANYTHING at face value.
The result depends on the input and who does it. Sort of like driving the fastest car would not make you win a true race against a pro , even if he/she were in a slower car. The same here what works for X may not work for Y. Read between the lines, read for knowledge not for "methods".

You don't need services to rank, you need knowledge. Then you can use certain services that fit your knowledge. I wouldn't buy half the crap here and expect my sites to rank. But I can use that same crap to rank sites. Say for instance using that crap to back up PBN posts, Guest posts, Profiles, Testimonials ect.

You know sites rank far easier if you actually send traffic to them and people interact with your site. So not just sending shite traffic that will just bounce, sending targeted paid ads traffic.
To be 100% fair, there are people who overexaggerate a method's potential to get you to use their affiliate tool or something, but that's not the fault of BHW; it's the fault of the person pitching AND you for believing it. Honestly, if you believed someone that you would earn $100 or $1000 per day with minimal effort, you're too naive and still a noob. Either you are not doing the work required or you need to pick a different method.
BHW in itself is a goldmine and there are people earning thousands per day with IM. It solely depends on the wits, resources and effort the person puts in, though.

There is lots of good material on here, however there are two additional elements needed: hard work and a luck. Always better to seek your own path rather than follow someone else's, but that is of course much more difficult and requires a certain type of person.

How can I get paid for ads? Will they send me traffic AND give me money?
I mean you pay for ads to send traffic to your new website. I'd often buy cheap media buys on similar sites to send traffic to my new sites before I start building links. It's far better than just starting blasing shite at your website.
