i did work recently for one of my client, was work of offpage before indexing on google 1 month with all quality tier backlink, note this tier backlinklink and did some extra factor which i cant share.
and after that i index site and did onpage work within 12 hours and site is ranked in 1st position with many keywords within next 12 hours.
this mean after index site its ranked in 1st position within 24 hours. so its still possible, just focus webmaster guidelines and if you have some technical knowledge surely your place will be in 1st position.

Google consider and prefer the white HAT SEO as it uses the google guideline, remaining everything said to be Black HAT

Yes BH SEO is considered by Google in 2024.

Google always consider articles that are relevant to the niche and were the publication done, it has to relevant too and some metrics to be monitored. Keep your ON-page well optimized select keywords based on search volume and competition to get natural traffic.

Google always cares about on-page optimization and content that is relevant to the niche and informative. Any strategy that follows Google's guidelines is considered white hat, while others are black hat.

There is pure blackhat and then there is something like greyhat which can still make you rank. You should check out the journeys section to determine sucess of members here with BH or greyhat techniques.

Black hat SEO is just a strategy to give Google what it wants in an efficient way. If Google still wants things in the form of rank signals,
then you can give it to them artificially.

Black Hat SEO, in that case, will never die.

The whole google facade is build on top of backlink, I did not knew this but then I did not knew what seo is.
Seo=backlink.
Here is the seminal paper that started the whole thing: research.google/pubs/the-anatomy-of-a-large-scale-hypertextual-web-search-engine/

black hat seo considered by google in 2024

In 2024, Google is fighting hard against many BHS and Programmatic SEO techniques.

Examples of Google's actions:
- for several months, publishers can no longer add publications to the Google News Publisher Centre
- site4 penalties are now common when placing large sites

You have to adapt to the changes, then you can continue to use the BHS, but you have to keep a strong eye on the changes that are taking place.

I want your service. Kindly ping me, I have 300+ websites with location based keywords. I want to get rank as fast as possible because I have deal with clients for lead generation, without rank I cant get quality leads. So please help me in this.

Google never consider blackhat methods. In fact it considers "blackhat" methods as unethical, and violating its Webmaster Guidelines.
Blackhat SEO tactics are designed to trick search engines into giving a site a higher ranking than it deserves by exploiting weaknesses in Google's algorithms.
