2 days ago I paid for BNB on Kucoin using the bank transfer method through banxa. it is been almost 48 hours now and I still didnt get my BNB into my kucoin wallet. Tried reaching them on FB and they say "at the moment everything is still showing pending ( awaiting funds ) to banxa" however I did send them the receipt and all what they need. Tried googling about banxa and I found that many people were having the same problem, some say they been waiting for weeks and nothing... So is my money gone now or what?
Is banxa a scam or what?

They've changed their bank deposit, and they didnt update it on their website! can you believe it? and its been more than 7 days now since they sent me this email. still nothing. At this point I think I got scammed
