Is automating project quote a good idea?

Question about conversion. My clients are in a timezone that make me quote on projects in late afternoon compared to my competitors that are doing it in the morning. I think about automating my quote process with a form, but I'm hesitant because it means to have standardized answers and prices. Did you ever tried that with success/unsuccess so I have some insight before investing on that idea?

You could hire a VA to be online to respond to these quotes when you're not here. I believe you can get one for like $1 an hour to just be standby and reply whenever necessary.
