Is autoblogging legal?

Autoblogging is illegal.
Autoblogging yahoo answers (and other yahoo services) is illegal. In the TOS of Yahoo is written that the service should not be used on commercial sites. I only had adsense on my Yahoo Answers Sites and got an email from Yahoo Germany to delete my sites. Anyone experienced similar problems?? What can I do. All the work for nothing.Any fellow-sufferers who had already been beaten or tortured

I had no problems at all, just make sure you have "Powered by Yahoo Answers" in your footer.

as long as you have "Powered by Yahoo Answers" on your site you are in the clear!

They wouldnt have API if it was against the law would it??

Always give credit to the original owner/author, its only fair

Being against the TOS does not mean, that something is necessarily illegal.

I also have german autoblogs with Yahoo Answers, but no problems so far. I also use Amazon and Adsense. I guess, it is like with most things: If you build good autoblogs with a good design, many aggregated sources, you provide the user with a good experience on your site. I do not think that you risk trouble with Yahoo (or Adsense) that way.

By the way: Ebay Germany does not approve me for their affiliate program, anybody has experience / trouble with them?

Illegal, no it's not, cause you won't get court trouble cause of that...
