Hey there, I'm pretty new to this so I just want to find out what is legit and what's not when it comes to getting views for your videos. I've been trying to find a service that actually promotes your video to real people and gets real people to watch it and hopefully subscribe to your channel if they like the content, is there any good services that you guys can vouch for? I stumbled across one called authenticviews, they claim they get your video views from real people, but I'm not sure? Please help!

The "real people" you are talking about is targetted viewers with potential. Let me save you time and say any cheap service (like $1 per 1000 views) are NOT what you're looking for, the service those type of suppliers provide are 'fake' in a sense of their unethical methods to just drive traffic. YOU want quality views, not quantity.
What you need is a campaign/social marketer and a budget to spend on helping spread your video/channel. Try google Adwords

Not true, in business, it is better to keep existing customers than make new ones. What a RESELLER does is purchase the service from the main source and then give it to THE RESELLER'S CUSTOMER.
Official reseller programs offer such things like "$0.5 every sell you make" There wouldnt be a need to sell higher, especially when the community is getting competitive. People look at pricing first, if that is the first thing a reseller would increase then it isn't worth it.

The purpose of buying views is to help you rank your videos as much as possible and/or achieve the Front Page. There is no service out there that gets people to sit and watch your video, that would be too expensive.
Traffic sent to the video is not really meant to interact with the video - at least I don't know anyone who can provide that yet.

As it was already pointed out, I would like to second the idea that YouTube views are purchased to get your videos ranked higher in YouTube's search results, thus getting you more organic traffic later, the views you purchase just need to be high quality, but not with real people watching them, you'll get the real people later.
