Do you have your URL so that I can check and make sure your issues are resolved? We currently don't have any actual servers down but I'm sure we can get to the bottom of your specific issue quickly. If you have a ticket ID, that would help as well.

Don't act like nothing happened. You site was down as well as all my sites.
I cannot post a link yet but see pnvhq's post above.
I did tried your chat support for immediate solution but I was like chatting with a 12 year old who does not know what to do except give you all the apologies in the world.
The sad thing here is already paid for the next 2 years of hosting. But I am doing some backup now and will have to host them from a reliable provider.
After that, I am going to cancel and process a refund.
What a shame!!!!

Arvixe was a quiet good years ago; I`ve used them for years and they went from bad to worst. I was enforced to upgrade and upgrade my account, untill finaly I lost my sites (bcz of infected server) and they even refused restore (have no backups, lol).

(After a week of HELL going back and forth with a number of my sites down (and PURE BULL$hit 'alibis' ...)
How the hell are you guys an American company based in northern California carrying on like some a$$ backwards operation from New Guinea or somewhere??? (no offense to New Guineans

Your so-called 'support team' is clearly an outsourced operation of clueless ppl answering phones in their underwear eating sandwiches while watching the Maury Povich Show.

Yeah and don't be foolish enough to promote them as an affiliate either. Their Affiliate TOS looks like swiss cheese with so many "outs" for denying payment. I personally know several affiliates that have been burned by Arvixe after sending new accounts for service. They are the last company anyone should use as a service or promote as an affiliate.

HostWinds sucks to they email you saying you use to much CPU like every hour.
Let me know if anyone finds a real hosting solution.
