Is Anyone Using WP Link Engine?

I found this WP plugin called WP Link Engine which seems to have lots of versatility when it comes to managing links, cloaking links, faking the referrer etc...

Has anyone used it with success, particularly to fake the referrer?

You can do split testing between multiple Affiliate links, Posts, or landing pages with one piece of text or phrase if you want. You can direct visitors to exactly the page you want them to go to and still get your affiliate commission.
