Just a quick question, does anyone uses display ads for these PPI offers ? If so, what is your conversion rate ?

It converts well when you are focusing the right audience. Are you using google, bing...?

I want to use ad on "9gag copycat" website, it has 2 million visits monthly, 18-24 M, 84/16 M/F, only 63% can complete offer, and that banner supposedly has 2% CTR

You really have a huge amount of visits there. Are you using Adsense to monetize?.

I don't think people who visits sites like 9gag have attention enough to go and register for a game in the same page. But that's just an opinion, I don't have experience with that kind of sites.
