Is anyone used / still using nichereaper.com?

I found nichereaper.com last night whilst searching BHW (finding blog topic ideas) I noticed it's a bit old so wanted to know if anyone has used, or is still using it. I'm going to invest into Ahrefs soon, will I even need anything like this if I have access to that.
