Is anyone successfully still using Paypal for e-commerce after a permanent limitation?

We operate white hat ecom stores, no area of our business oversteps Paypals TOS yet we're still struggling to use them.

All insights or potential solutions would be much appreciated.

Do you do e-commerce? Have you ever tried connecting your new stealth Paypal to the same Shopify store which a previously limited Paypal account was linked to?
