Is anyone still using Installerex?

Hello! Few days ago i talked to my acc manager on Skype and he says Installerex is not dead at all, and they're working with several advertisers now.
Does anyone still work with them? Can anyone confirm it?
I just don't wanna be scammed.

Last time i checked they used revenyou installer (the network that shaves the most!)

Come on.. 80% couldn't be realistic in your worst nightmare. I know you have your stats but there must be some other factors involved. I've been working with Amonetize and Revenyou side by side for months, ran another test last week, before the test i especially checked that both were unblocked in browsers so it wouldn't affect test results. Got better results with Revenyou, so Amonetize is #2 for me at the moment. I know you're good at PPI, but i can't call myself a n00b either. Revenyou wouldn't be alive and so popular if the difference with Amonetize was so big (and 80% of shaving would make a HUGE difference)

We had a fixed rate of $1.75 when we tested revenyou conversions. Maybe their shave scripts are on only when high fixed rate is set. At one point our AM said he will increase conversions by 5% if we keep sending traffic.

It's probably his bad English.. the guy's from Israel, English is not his native language. I am also on their fixed rate. If you ever consider trying them I can suggest you my AM, helpful guy and can speak English.
 
installerex are still alive and are optimizing by shuffling links both from amonetize and revenyou - that way they can give better rates, by using each installer where its rates are higher. plus from what i understand they invested a few millions in building a new ad server.

Amonetize and RevenYou are known for heavy shaving, I'll try to reactivate installerex account just to see if they have a special deal with these two...

I have Amonetize PPI as monetization on my 2nd traffic source and they don't shave that bad
I don't think you ever tried CPA if you call this heavy shaving,especially French advertisers then you know the true definition of shaving:vroam:

Not sure about CPA's but 70% shave-rate is pretty bad...
 
I work both with amonetize and instellerex. Past few months have been bad for both but rates for installerex are better since about 2 weeks ago.
For me at the moment it works better than amonetize.
 
Installerex uses Amonetize install... at least this is what i got while trying one of the old urls of Installerex. So I don't see any good reason to use the middle man. Amonetize works well BUT they don't seem to be able to keep the exe signature clean, it kills conversion on win8 and win10. I've been talking to them and I hope they solve it. At this point I would even use some Amonetize reseller if they could keep the signature not flagged by smart screen and offer competitive rates. Maybe anyone knows such good network?

I am using RevenYou right now. Their rates dropped, and conversion on fixed rate dropped but at least people on win8 and win10 can open the exe. Still looking for better options.
 
I am also looking for better options, I have been using installerex for a more then a year now, I've never had issues regarding payments. My payments has always been on time and net30. But seems that the rates and conversions has dropped by the time. Has anyone here tried CINSTALLER ?
