Seems like lots of mystery regarding twitter ad account

Also not many twitter ad account seller at all.

You can check out the sellers in the BHW marketplace. However, it might be a good idea to use X's own advertising service.

I can list your Twitter accounts in the top 5 on the first page of Google, there is a 3 keyword limit for the keyword you want.
