Is anyone here looking for Qualified VAs to work with ?

Hello Guys,

Im asking this here as I don't know which section of the forum would fit this.

3 Years ago I had a very hard time looking for VAs to work with and most agencies had VAs with poor communication , Little grasp of English and did not respect TATs for tasks assigned to them.

I eventually solved the problem and was wondering if anyone else has the same issue and how much would you be willing to to pay for a solution for the same ?

The solution is actually a Pay-per-Month subscription where you get a database of Highly qualified VAs { Good English , College graduates , excellent communication skills , can respect TATs, easy to train for your specific needs } that you can work directly with.

If you have idea on how to improve this you can also let me know.
