Is anyone having problems with non-spending accounts?

Yes, it can happen with both personal and BM accounts. Sometimes it’s related to Meta’s risk review or the card verification process
 
Any type of account can experience non-spending. Before using, you should warm up the account first. If the account still does not spend, consider changing the card for the account.

You can try using ad set budget with 1 campaign - 3 ad set - 2 ad each ad set
Try setting up wise targeting, do not choose anything in detail. Then changing targeting after 3 hours spending

Yes, sudden drops or restrictions can affect both personal and Business Manager accounts. The algorithm and automated moderation don’t differentiate much they mainly track behavior patterns, content type, and engagement signals.
 
Both account types are treated similarly delivery issues come from content, engagement, or algorithmic flags not whether its personal or bm.
 
Delivery problems can pop up on any account sometimes tweaking your posting time or content format helps more than worrying about the account type.
 
this is the problem i am having these past few days, not all accounts. i havent found a solution yet, i usually have to replace them. do you have a solution?
 
Yeah that setup still works pretty well :p One campaign / 3 ad sets / 2 ads each keeps data clean. Starting broad then tweaking after a few hours helps the algo stabilize faster. FB’s errors been wild lately tho

Yes, BM or individual can “stand” if signal is weak or trust is low — Meta doesn't differentiate.
 
To deal with the situation of ads not making money, you need to warm up the account before using it. If it still fails, consider changing the payment method/card for that account. Tactically, test budget settings at the Ad Set Budget level, structure the campaign properly, and start with broad targeting. Once the ads are making money, you can proceed to adjust the targeting more specifically.
 
Yes even personal or BM accounts can get non-spending issues due to low trust, new accounts, weak payment verification, or recent policy flags.
 
Try changing payment methods, warming up the account with small spends, or switching to a verified BM
