to set up a good and effective pixel you need to have a dataset code then you need to attach it to the website you advertise and choose conversion or visits or purchases for good results
Have you completed all the steps? Have you attached the token or configured the events for the pixel yet?

have you shared the pixel id to the account and imported the token to the website
