Not sure if its just me but I can't create accounts either on desktop or mobile. I tried different ips too.

Is this happening to someone else?

I've added a new feature to my instagram account creator and I tried to create some accounts using public proxies, the success rate was a little lower then usually but I was able to create some accounts. So I think it is just you...

Hmm weird I didn't change anything, I even created accounts yesterday using the same method.

This one:

"Sorry! There's a problem signing you up right now. Please try again later. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake."

As far as I know, seems like this ip(s) are now marked as spam by instagram. Or could be something else.

Its one of these things Username,Email,IP,Device ID.

nothing wrong about data I'm using to signup, most likely is the ip

Yes, you will get this error message when you try to register using a blacklisted ip.

Even I wasn't able to create the account since last 1.5 days, I change all guid,android Id, serial . using data connection to make accounts but so far I wasn't able to make any accounts. I'm creating my own accounts since the start and I have created like 150 accounts but this time I can't seem to shake it. @mihai1497 can I join as a beta tester for your program ?

I've the same issue, unfortunately I've tried to perform a registration using a new proxy (the provider have said that it's virgin.. I'm not so sure..) and have not resolved

Right, so its not only me. I also noticed that qs_stamp isn't generated which could be the issue.

Instagram won't allow you to create accounts if your IP is blacklisted as a public proxy - You will have to change your ip (if it's dynamic) or get a dedicated Proxy.

Use private proxies, clean cookies, clean LSO cookies, use new browser and it should work. Even better: create another account on your OS, and everything will be fresh (but you still have to use fresh private proxy).
