If you're like me who wants a fast site and avoid site builders, go for Kadence+Kadence Blocks or Astra+Ultimate Addons.
If you want the ease of a site builder, GP/Astra+Elementor.

Often have I heard that Elementor makes websites slow. I have a pro version of Elementor and I kinda mind using it..haha

Site builders are known to add bloat that can slow down a website.
I think even blocks can add bloat. But experts say it's negligible as compared to site builders.
Having said that, Elementor is awesome and has a lot of users who swear by it. But, it's just not my thing.

Hi, anybody knows if Kadence supports bbpress and how easy it is to integrate both?

I find it difficult to find a theme for BBpress. The only one I find are 100% dedicated to a forum and thus they lack some blog features.
