Is anybody having trouble using User IDs for ads?

FB on one hand let us use the graph search and make it easy to pull the user IDs from that search, but then you're technically not allowed to target ads to the IDs of people who like a fan page.

I was about to try this for the first time, do any of you actually run into trouble targeting users IDs for your ads?

The TOS box you check when uploading custom audience, I understand it that you can't target IDs you pulled of "People who like X fan page"

They wont be able to realise that fact it belongs to some fanpages.

mmeeehh, I'm not so sure, an algo could recognize that pretty easily. Have you done this with no trouble then?

that most scrapers are banned from f8.
