Well damn, that's one hell of a broad question.
I can assure you that not every VPN on this planet has currently failed and somehow prevented you from uploading videos, yet you can still clearly get online.
Your problem isn't with your VPN. It's either your server settings (if you're uploading to your site), you got some ports blocked, your missing a plugin, but it's not a global VPN failure.
If you're talking about the "AnyVPN" app, it only gives you 500mb free bandwidth.
