Hi, i need to know amex serve still works, I have created two accounts. but they said
"
Sorry, we are unable to approve you for an Account at this time.

Thank you for your interest in American Express Serve."


i need to make Amex vcc guys please help.

Of course it still works. They still sell them at pharmacies in the US.

You can call them and ask why you're being denied. They have 24/7 support.
