Is Amazon.com bestseller list accurate?

I just cannot believe some of the bestsellers in top 5 listings

I got into the top 50 of all books in the Kindle store for a short period with a 20 page book, after paying $200 for a short lived BST service here on BHW... so for top five probably, but the further down you go, there’s likely some page botting going on.
