is amazon affiliat still worth it

hi guys i'm thinking about creating an e-commerce ( not a review but simple e-store) with amazon affiliat programe , but i dont think if i can get organic traffic with such website (not much content)

what do you think ?

You need to think your strategy very well. If content is required to get organic traffic, why not add some? I have seen some big e-commerce sites add quality content to their store. Do same and beat them.
 
It depends on what you're selling. I mean unless you already have an established presence related to some product they sell I wouldn't start an Amazon journey from zero at this time.

I guess you've already pin-pointed the problem, mate. If the issue is the "lack of content", the solution is to either write quality content or hire someone to take care of the content writing campaign. Hire an experienced writer so you can ask him for his recommendations instead of spoonfeeding everything to the writer.
 
Yes Amazon Affiliate is worth. And the type of site you are trying to build wont be able to gain organic traffic but there are many ways to get good success.
Like Pick a specific niche instead of Mix and grow some social media accounts best would be to go with Instagram and Pinterest.

They will easily get you good amount of sales and that too on autopilot.
I hope you got the idea, there could be more ways.

Amazon affiliates works all day long - I am a seller of products on amazon

I do about £5k in sales per day - but we will see spikes once every few months, this will make our sales jump to £8k per day

This is down to someone out there in the world making or marketing our products on social media or youtube. They would get a big chuck of the amazon profits due to affiliation!
 
you have to make a nice interesting page and rank it. if you can rank you have traffic then you are good .....
 
It doesn't matter when you start or what niche or domain you have, it all depends on how much effort you put consistently. Do it with passion and spend 3-4 hours everyday with the content and social promotion and you will see the results. Amazon or Aliexpress or what ever, results are on individual efforts.
 
You will resell from amazon or you will just post amazon products?
 
Hmm from my experience, getting that number 1 spot is important. That is where the traffic and money is. For me, if I feel that I cannot beat the competition for the number 1 spot, I'll give the niche a miss. The difference in terms of profit is huge between the number 1 and 2 spot. If you think you can do it, just go for it. It's money on auto pilot.
 
do people buy products on amazon? then there's money to be made

niche research will be important but like someone pointed out, still not a deal breaker. you may not rank 1 in google but you can make money elsewhere
