All I see is homepage and when you check it says we’re coming back shortly and they haven’t come it’s been a pretty long time so are they dead ?

Long time; never heard of Alexa nor care about it. Google ranking matter for most of the clients including me. "Sometimes BING too".

Alexa Using Alexa since 2012, almost every day "just to check it fast"

It's working fine, maybe it was down for few minutes.
