Is AI Content Allowed in Here? (Mod Answer Pls)

I've heard that AI content is not allowed here, so I wanted to ask this and I will appreciate it if a mod can answer it.

If it's not allowed, how some members are posting AI content and some others reported that they have seen AI content here?
