Is Adw Keyword Planner Forecast Realistic?

On Adwords, on keyword planner there is see forecast for your keywords, you input keywords etc... how much you will pay CPC and you can see how much conversions you are estimated to make. Are the estimations close to reality or not? I am thinking about doing Clickbank + Adwords.

just a really really rough estimate... I don't even take a look at forecast when I have to setup a campaign... factors involved in these evaluations change every second

Thanks, It wasnt working when i was trying to post it in Adwords, kept on trying wasnt working, but PPC itself worked.

That's strange, there shouldn't be any limitations in that section. Can you try posting a thread in there titled "Test thread" real quick? If an error comes up, please take a screenshot of it as well.

Yeah, it is definitely a rough estimate. It would also depend on how competitive the niche is. The more competitive, the more realistic it is from what I have seen. Also, it would be tough for Google to give you a really good CPC estimate since they haven't had a chance to really evaluate your landing page experience, ctr, etc.
