Is adsense the best in International PPC?

I am trying to find ways to fully monetize from all of the visitors that are currently hitting one of my sites. I am curious if adsense is the best option for foreign countries. This particular site is translated into a handful of languages so that visitors see the content in their native language, and the traffic is all legit and non-adult related. My current traffic break down looks like the following:

en-us: 18.72%
es-es: 18.39%
fr-fr: 12.01%
pt-br: 9.35%
sv-se: 7.91%
de-de: 6.66%
nl-nl: 6.03%
ru-ru: 5.31%
it-it: 4.78%
zh-cn: 3.54%

Adsense is rated high, but there are others like:

Chitika
Addynamo
FastClick

As far as I know in my experience adsense is the highest paying out there at the moment.

Adsense is the best option IMO, specially if you have traffic from outside US & UK. There may be smaller regional networks, who might pay you more for a specific region, but I don't think you can manage multiple such accounts for each region, the traffic on your website originates from.
