Is ads on iframe counted on different domain?

Let's say my website aaa.com is approved at exoclick.

Then I've created embed page which is contains ads on it. My website is about streaming video.

Then someone put my embed page contains ads via iframe in their website (different domain).

My question is ads from iframe will counted for this case or it will counted but having a risk to get rejected?
