Is Adcommunal Legit? Anyone use?

Im Looking to start my own CPA site, Iam not pro at this or anything just sick of working a regular job and not getting paid for my work So i figured well ill check online money making... I have the skills to Set up a nice looking website ect Just need to know if thats right Website to go to... As i understand it people Use bigger CPAs (CPA lead Adcommunal ect) For there surverys but does this let me pay my users for completing them? Adcommunal only lets me do Insentive offers, and there isnt many so another website would be appreciated =/... I will be offering my members rewards aswell(First one to 325 offers gets an xbox 360 ect ect)

Is it possible for me to do this or? Im a little confused, And id like to offer CPL ads mostly But also CPA/CPS/CPD aswell optional...

I want my website to look like MonsterGTP, That was what drove me to make a cpa website i get on average 10k-15k traffic that i cna hook users in aswell as i can get people to refer.. Is this the right site to use?

AdCommunal is a legit network. I know plenty of affiliates who have been paid by AdCommunal. But do not do anything shady or they will definitely set up a call with you to discuss about your traffic.

You just need to contact one of the affiliate manager and ask them if you can broker their offers.
Maybe it's good for you if you start with a hasoffers trial so you can get the hang of it,most networks in the offer exchange allow you to broker their offers.
