Is account visit considered as an action?

Im im following a bunch of people and i glt acuon blocked couple of times(even though i did exactly the same method before).So now i always first visit profile before following them.Is profile visit now also considered as an action(same as likes,follows,
,commenfs,dms etc)?

No it is not considered as an action

You can visit 1 bilion profiles per day

Logged in and from a computer browser yes, is it at least for me. From phone IG app I don't know but maybe is not limited.

What the hell. Visiting a profile, even through EB (= chrome or whatever browser), will not count as an action. Like, never.
You probably have a low trust-score account, and you think it counts as, but it doesn't, trust me

Do you have any certain numbers of actions you can do on new account,(since instagram updated its fcking alghorithm and changed limits).

New accounts should always be properly warmed-up. I don't know the exact limits for new freshly created accounts, but i would start with 5 each, increased by 10 per day. Safety first.

Hmm yeah same method i used,it must be some other factor im still not aware of
