Is accepting too many guest blog posts harmful?

So I have an SEO company website. Don't really have time to update the blog so I accept guest blogs like 2-3 a week. 1-2 OBL link in the author description, this doesn't really seem to negatively effect me at this point. Would accepting like 3-5 guest blogs a week with 1-2 author sig links be harmful for ranking and authority? I just don't have time nor want to pay for blog content since the majority of my site is just a service website but I want more content etc.

Not harmful at all. But it needs to be unique quality content.
