I'm a big fan of healthy and fit lifestyle and I would like to know if anyone has any objective info about acai berry juice benefits. The internet is full of hype, which I have grown immune to. I want to know the truth. Should I add this product to my daily supplement plan? Also, any other info on healthy products, drinks is appreciated.

I think you should sell it... not sure about actually using it :)

My wife uses it, and she swears by it. I'm 5'8", and weigh 155, so I don't have much use for the stuff. :p

(I have noticed that her butt has gotten smaller, so, who knows?)

It sells pretty well, I have banked a bit on a CPA offer with it.

Actually I don't see it sold much in my country (or any at all). I might be importing it.

How does it effect her? Care to elaborate?

BTW, I don't need it for weight loss, as I am fit, but I would like some additional vitamins to benefit my health system.

If you mean by mood differences or anything, no, I haven't noticed anything different.

She does seem to have more energy. Whether that is caused by the product, or because she has lost some excess weight, I couldn't tell you.

These pills are just a placebo. They may help a TINY bit but in reality they are just making the person more aware of their weight and habits that affect weight. Like "I shouldn't get a big mac today cuz I took that acai pill and it will probably interfere with it and that would be a waste of all that money I spent on those pills"

Ah, lol. Forget it then. I will keep drinking fish oil and eating my multi-vitamins.

LOL, even multi vitamins are pure marketing. As I said before, they may help a bit but never going to come close to changing your eating habits and amount of physical activity.

Cider Vinegar & Hot water & Honey (Drink)
Dried Musli (not alpen) but proper fruit and oats
    Grapefruit
    Cod Liver Oils

I know they help only a bit, that is why I use them. I don't need to get my eating or physical activity habits changed. I have no problems in that field. I just want to support my organism with all the good stuff. Self-preservation instinct I guess.

Hmm, my diet is similar actually. Difference is that I drink huge amounts of green tea with lemon and water in general.

Hold up-- Acai's ORAC rating is very high. Depends on the form of it (fresh, freeze-dried, whatnot) but it's a superfood.

So in which form it is most healthy? And where should one order it from?

I don't know about the healthiness, but I had some Acai berry drink, and it tasted hella good. And my face became all tingly.
